Small print

• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Dec 2020 until Fri 17 Dec 2021, valid for Fri arrivals only. Excludes Sat - Thur arrivals; arrival dates may be altered subject to owners discretion.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Dec 2020 until Mon 13 Dec 2021, valid for Mon arrivals only. Excludes Tue - Sun arrivals; arrival dates may be altered subject to owners discretion.
• Option 3: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Dec 2020 until Mon 13 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; arrival dates may be altered subject to owners discretion.
• Option 4: Voucher is valid from Mon 30 Nov 2020 until Mon 13 Dec 2021, valid for Mon arrivals only. Excludes Tue - Sun arrivals.
• All options exclude 21 Dec 2020 - 31 Jan, 29 Mar - 11 Apr and 1 Jul - 31 Aug 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Options 1 - 3: Rosewall cottage with one double room and fully equipped kitchen. A security deposit of £100 is required; payable directly to cottage at the time of booking. Children permitted and included in overall head count. Small cot / blow up bed can be brought and used.
• Option 4: Craigbittern House with 5 bedrooms: two king, one super-king, one double and one single, fully equipped kitchen and games room and Craigbittern Cottage with double room on ground floor and twin room upstairs. A security deposit of £500 is required; payable directly to cottage at the time of booking. Children permitted and included in overall head count. Two travel cots available.
• Stays are subject to current government COVID guidelines.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly. Craigbittern House can only be extended in increments of 3 or 4 nights.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
