Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Fri 13 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 1 – 31 Dec 2019 and 1 - 2 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchased permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive night stays.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Includes a bottle of red, white or rose wine in room on arrival. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 2s stay free, ages 2 – 14 years require a supplementary charge of £10 per child; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
