• Sunday stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 2 May 2021 until Sun 26 Sep 2021, Sundays only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Sat.
• Mon - Sat stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, Mon - Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Deluxe king or twin guest room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel
• On-site parking available for £10 per day or £2.50 per hour.
• Max of 2 children under 12yrs permitted free of charge on a B&B basis. Over 12's required an additional room or upgrade to a family room; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
