Small print

• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Nov 2018, Mon – Fri 6.30am – 10pm, Sat & Sun 7.30am – 8pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with spa.
• Facial, manicure or pedicure is suitable before 13 weeks of pregnancy and facial, manicure, pedicure or pre-natal massage is suitable after 13 weeks; please note those who have had a c section can have massage 6 months after with a doctors note.
• Manicure or pedicure is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; massage is suitable with a doctors note or have proof of remission for a minimum of 6 months.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration:  approx. 25mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Afternoon tea menu only; menu is subject to change.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
