• Voucher is valid until Thur 7 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 - 16 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard snug room available.
• Please note option one is room only; breakfast is not included.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: cosy £20, comfy £30, luxe £50 and suite £100; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. if applicable
• Includes cream tea with tea or coffee.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 1 child permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 for additional bed; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
