• Voucher is valid from Mon 30 Sept 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1, 5 - 8, 13 - 15, 20 - 22, 24 - 29, 31 Dec 2019, 3 - 5, 10 - 12, 17 - 19, 24 - 26, 31 Jan, 1 - 2 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Classic double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £40 food and drink voucher towards any menu in the hotel; vegetarian options are available.
• Children permitted; children ages 12 and under can be accommodated in a family room free of charge. Meals payable as taken. Room must be upgraded to a family room for a supplement of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 children.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
