• Voucher is valid from Wed 23 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes Thur 14 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 1: rooms can be upgraded to the Monarch suite for a supplementary charge of £30 per night (BB only); please discuss directly with hotel. Subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.
• Option 1: King or queen double room available.
• Option 2: Monarch Suite available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a bottle of Prosecco and handmade chocolates on arrival and 4 course dinner from table d’hôte menu with tea or coffee; menu is subject to change. Supplementary charges may apply to some in-house specials; please discuss at time of dining.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 2 children are permitted; under 2’s stay free, children ages 2 – 16 years require a supplementary charge of £30 per night inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
