Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 - 26 and 31 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Festive afternoon tea only; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 1: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. 
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
