Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 10 Mar 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, 7 days 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Gentleman’s afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• A supplementary charge of £5 is required per person for chicken wings; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a bottle of beer each; served with afternoon tea.
• Option 2 & 4: Includes an arrival drink each, choosing from a 125ml glass of Santa Fosca Prosecco, 175ml glass of house wine or a bottle of beer.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children are not permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
