• Voucher is valid until Sun 13 Jan 2019, 7 days, 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 11 Nov, 7 , 14, 15, 21, 26 Dec 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Jan 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Table required back after 2 hrs from booking time, not arrival time.
• Afternoon tea only.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Scones with jam and cream can be added for a supplementary charge of £3; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 1 includes a Hendricks cocktail teapot to share.
• Option 2 includes two Hendricks cocktail teapots to share.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted. Over 18s only; ID will be required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
