Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Fri 28 Feb 2020, Mon – Fri 10-11.30am and 2-4.30pm and Sun 11am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Option 1 includes bespoke skin consultation and a product prescription based on the consultation; duration: approx. 15 mins.
• Option 2: includes bespoke facial, product prescription and a glass of Prosecco; duration: approx. 30 mins. Facial will take place in a treatment room.
• Multiple purchases not permitted.
• Includes a goody bag. If you spend £40 or more on the day you will receive a second goody bag. 
• No group appointments available.
• Over 16s only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
