You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Options 1 - 6: Deluxe double or twin room available.

Option 7: Stay in a superior deluxe double or twin room with lake view

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 1 hours use of leisure facilities. All guests must pre-book at least 48 hours in advance. The pool and gym are open 7am - 7pm each day and for children 10am - 12.30pm & 2.30pm - 5pm each day. The sauna, steam and ice room remain closed and will reopen subject to Government guidelines.

Options 2 & 4: Includes afternoon tea with a choice of tea or coffee; menu is subject to change.

Dinner options: Includes a 2 course dinner from the market menu; subject to change. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only. Please note dinner must be booked in advance.

Vegetarian options are available.

Spa options: Includes 25 min treatment each choosing from the following: superfood pro radiance facial, freestyle deep tissue massage, cleansing salt scrub or best foot forward. Over 16s only. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under are free of charge including breakfast; please discuss directly with hotel.

No pets permitted. 

Parking is available for a charge of £20 per night; please discuss at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
