Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 5 Mar 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Saturday & Sunday visits; payable directly to Madrenaline Activity Centre.
• Excludes Bank Holidays.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 12+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 1 hour.
• Max of 12 people per group.
• Max weight 18 and a half stone. Min height 4.3 ft.
• Participants must wear warm, outdoor clothing and flat, closed toe shoes. Gloves are advised.
• Full safety gear and helmets will be provided by Mad-Renaline Activities Ltd and members must sign a waiver.
• Customers must be able to stand comfortably for an hour and have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance. For all queries, please call 0345 4700071. 
• Members must inform Mad-Renaline Activities Ltd of any disability or prior injuries before taking part on the Segway-Safari
• The experience is not suitable for pregnant women due to the nature of the event or people with the following medical conditions: whiplash, migraines, high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart condition, back, neck or knee conditions, osteoporosis or any bone weakness, those who have had an operation in the previous 12 months or customers who have any limb absent.
• Participants must not be under the influence of any alcohol or recreational drugs.
• In the event of adverse weather such as snow, the session may be rescheduled.

• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
