• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 30 - 31 Dec 2019, 8 Feb and 8 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard twin or double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior king £30, superior double double £50; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2/3: Fully flexible £50 food and beverage credit to be used against the menu and in the bar. Food must be purchased along with beverages. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.
• Free parking available on-site.
• Includes an adult day bus ticket each (Lothian day services, East Coast Buses zones A & B, Lothian Country buses city zone and trams (except the airport fare zone).
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 5's stay free and ages 5 - 12 are £10 supplement per child including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
