• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Mon - Wed and Fri 10am - 6pm, Thur 10am - 7pm and Sat 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 21 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Over 16's only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.   
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the salon.
• Treatment duration will vary.
• Patch test may be required for some treatments; please discuss directly with the salon.
• Voucher must be used in full; no change given.
• Wheelchair access available. Please note there are no disabled facilities.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
