Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2019 until Sat 31 Aug 2019, valid 7 days 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.

Please note there are limited time slots available on Saturdays. The time slots available to choose from are 10am or 10:30am with your Afternoon Tea at 12pm or 12:30pm OR 4:30pm or 5pm with your Afternoon Tea at 3pm or 3:30pm.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.

• Massage is not suitable during pregnancy under 12 weeks.

Rasul is not suitable for pregnant women.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

• Includes a choice of 2 treatments each. One treatment from the following: Hot Hooves hand treatment (30mins), Terrific Trotters foot treatment (30mins) or Tranquility Pro Sleep Express massage (30 mins) and One treatment from the following: Sublime Skin facial (30 mins), Double Hydration Hydramemory facial (30 mins) or Rasul Mud treatment (40mins).
• Please note that if you would like nail work and nail polish for either your hands or feet then there is a £20.00 upgrade charge for file and polish.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wet facilities available for use.

Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
