• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 4 Jan 2021 and 12 - 15 Feb 2021.
• Overnight midweek stay: Sun – Thur only; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• 2 and 3 night stay: Valid 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 8 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Group bookings are not permitted.
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out 10am. Early check-in and late check-out is available; please discuss directly.
• Premium Spa Lodge includes king sized bed.
• Lodges can be upgraded to the Premium Love Cabin for a supplementary charge of £50 per stay; please discuss with and pay directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes bed linen, towels, robes, slippers 24hr central heating, electricity and free wifi.
• Free parking available.
• Please note lodges are strictly non-smoking.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access not available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
