• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Oct 2020; subject to availability. 
• Multiple purchases are not permitted.

• UK P&P £5 per item. Delivery is free to postcodes in M25, M7 and M8.
• Maximum delivery: up to 7 working days.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
• We hope you’re delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not fully satisfied we’re happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
• In the event of goods being returned, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. We will refund the voucher cost within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
• The delivery times provided are approximate and do not guarantee a delivery date unless otherwise stated.
• Chocolate workshops
• Chocolate class: Voucher is valid from Sun 24 May 2020 until Sun 11 Oct 2020, valid Sundays only on 24, 31 May, 21, 28 Jun, 12, 19 Jul, 30 Aug at 11am and 3pm, 13 Sept at 11am and 3pm, 11 Oct at 11am and 3pm; subject to availability.  Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Vegan truffle class: Voucher is valid from Sun 10 May 2020 until Sun 22 Nov 2020, valid Sundays only at 3pm on 10 May and 26 Jul, 2pm on 28 Jun, 19 Jul, 9 Aug, 11 Oct, 8 and 22 Nov; subject to availability.  Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Praline class: Voucher is valid from Sun 10 May 2020 until Sun 22 Nov 2020, valid Sundays only at 11am on 10 May and 26 Jul, 2pm on 24, 31 May, 21 Jun, 12 Jul, 23 Aug, 13 Sept, 18, 25 Oct and 15, 22 Nov 2020; subject to availability.  Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Excludes Mon - Sat. 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Suitable for ages 14+.
• Chocolate and vegan truffle class: Duration approx. 2hrs.
• Praline class: Duration approx. 3hrs.
• Chocolate class: Max of 20 people per group.
• Vegan truffle / praline class: Max of 10 people per group.

• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
