• Voucher is valid from Sun 26 Apr 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Please note a valid credit/debit card must be presented at check-in.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: premium plus - £20, 1st class - £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Premium double queen cabin available.
• Housekeeping services will not be provided until departure/following night 2 of stay in line with Covid safety guidelines.
• Includes 24-hour access to the gym. Please note facilities may not be open due to Covid-19 restrictions.
• Includes morning coffee and pastry to takeaway.
• Please note, there are no dining facilities on site.
• Max of 1 child permitted in bunk cabins accommodating 2 adults and 1 child for a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
