• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days at 10am; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; under 7s may only share a canoe with 2 adults.
• Kayaking max height 6' 3", max weight 110kg. No restrictions for canoeing.
• Duration approx. 5hrs.
• Max of 8 people per group.
• Unless medically advised not to exercise, most conditions may be catered for; please discuss any queries directly with PaddleXperience.
• All safety equipment is provided, please bring a spare change of clothes in case of emergencies.
• Choice of 3 locations. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following locations: River Derwent in Ebchester £3, Ellerton Lake in Richmond £8; payable directly to PaddleXperience.
• River Tees in Yarm location does not require a supplementary charge.
• Exact meeting point will be discussed at time of booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
