• Valid Sun - Thur: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Dec 2020 until Thur 29 Jul 2021 and from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thur 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Valid Fri - Sat: Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Dec 2020 until Sat 31 July 2021 and from Fri 5 Nov 2021 until Sat 26 Mar 2022, Fri - Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Thur.
• Excludes 2 - 5 Apr, 3 May, 16 - 17 Jul, 1 Aug - 31 Oct and 11, 24 - 25 and 31 Dec 2021.

• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a double/twin standard castle room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner each from the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat/ dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on one night only. Pre-booking dinner is advised. Meals may be served in areas other than the main restaurant and dining capacities may be adjusted due to social distancing measures.
• Pre-booking of leisure facilities is advised. Please note, these may be closed due to Covid-19 restrictions. Please check hotels website for further information.
• Max of 1 child permitted. Children aged 0-2 are free of charge. Over 2's will be charged for their meals as taken.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Limited wheelchair access; adapted rooms are available but castle entrance and other areas are not easy to access. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
