• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Mar 2020 until Tue 29 Sep 2020; Tue only, every 15mins from 3pm-7:30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Wed – Mon.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Mar 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020; Wed, Thur and Sun only, every 15mins from 4:30pm-8:30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon, Tue, Fri and Sat.
• Vouchers must be booked by Mon 21 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 13+ who are 1.2 metres or taller; Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a paying and playing adult on your team.
• Duration approx. 70 mins.
• Max of 8 people per team per session.
• General fitness level required; the game is a physical activity and requires standing approx. 70 mins.
• A safety waiver must be signed prior to your game; please discuss directly with The Crystal Maze Experience.
• Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation including those who fall pregnant between the time of booking at the event.
• Sportswear, casual clothes, trainers are recommended and cover up as much as possible; high heels and open toe sandals are not permitted.
• Wheelchair access available. Please book well in advance to ensure the course can be made accessible.
• Consuming alcohol prior to your visit will result in you not being able to play the maze.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
