• Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Jan 2021 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 5-6 & 29 May and 24 - 26 Dec2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Executive double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children are permitted and classed as ages 12 and under and stay free of charge when sharing a family room with 2 adults. Children aged 13 and above are classed as adults. Extra beds and rooms will incur a supplementary charge; please discuss and pay directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
