- Voucher acts as entry ticket. Please print off voucher and show on arrival.
- Unlimited passes can be collected from Dungeons until the 30th of June. Itison voucher should be printed and exchanged for a wristband. The pass will be valid for one year from collection date.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Under 5s are not permitted; recommended age of 8+ due to the nature of the attraction. Entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Duration: approx 1 hr 15 mins.
- Wheelchair access available. Some floor surfaces are uneven. Advised that wheelchair users book in advance to avoid waiting by emailing yorkguests@merlinentertainments.biz.
