Midweek voucher is valid from Mon 5 Nov 2018 until Mon 25 Mar 2019; Mon-Wed pickup, subject to availability. Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.

Weekend voucher is valid from Fri 9 Nov 2018 until Sat 30 Mar 2018; Fri or Sat pickup, subject to availability. Excludes Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Excludes 21 Dec 2018 - 3 Jan 2019, 13-15 Feb 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.   

Multiple purchases not permitted.  

Over 25s only.

Camper van collection: Pick up 2pm, Drop off 11am.

Camper vans available:  Polly or Poppy.

• £500 deposit (by bank transfer) required upon pick up. This will be refunded in full when dropped off if no internal or external damage; at full discretion of Nostalgic Campers.
• Upon collection each camper will be supplied with a full tank of unleaded fuel and we request they are returned with a full tank of unleaded fuel.
• 100 miles per day allowance hire, 50p a mile thereafter.
• Members must provide proof of address, (this could be 2 x utility bills dated within the last 2 months) the driver’s licence and a DVLA share code. This voucher acts as hire agreement.
• Members can leave their car at no extra charge but entirely at own risk. Collection also available from local train stations or airports; please arrange with Nostalgic Campers directly.
• Hire includes:  Fully comprehensive Insurance for 1 driver (option for second driver directly bookable with Nostalgic Campervans), Roadside recovery, Information pack, Model 2 Classic Car Radio compatible (Poppy) for ipod & iphone with built in Bluetooth for hands free calling and audio streaming, removable radio (Polly), two burner cooker, mains electricity hook up, gas, cooking equipment, VW camper cookbook, cutlery and crockery for 4 people (additional available on request), kettle & toaster, Interior lights and torch, Picnic table and chairs, Selection of games, first aid kit, Hi-Vis vests, Fire safety equipment including blanket &
  extinguisher, warning triangle, Carbon Monoxide Detector, fleece throw, 10L water container, duvet and pillows.
• Bed linen not included. Bedding packs available for hire, please arrange with Nostalgic Campers direct.
• Optional extras list.
• Dogs permitted with approval of Nostalgic Campers; £30 charge will be applied. Please discuss and agree with Nostalgic campers prior to purchase. Please note, all pet hair and odours must be removed on return of motorhome to the depot at the end of your holiday.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
