Then, just type it in as it shows on your gift card and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.

Hi,
I purchased this deal to Blackpool as a Christmas gift last year. I booked it with the hotel for the end of March and it was sadly cancelled as the hotel shut but nobody knew anything at that stage as it was early days of Covid - I have been credited the amount but now the deal is back it is more expensive . I would still like to re- book this deal especially as a welcome break for the two frontline workers in the party who have continued to work in the NHS and waste services throughout the pandemic but
wondered if you can honour the deal which I had originally purchased and booked ?

to be honest no it doesn't answer my question. .My vouchers did not expire, they were not honoured by yourselves as the hotel closed due to covid and we could not go despite booking our stay for the 29th March.. Also I was only credited the price that I paid despite my applying a discount code which was not credited back to me. My question was can the deal which I lost through covid be honoured? That was Bed, breakfast, evening meal and late checkout for four people for the price that I originally paid including my discount. You say in your covid mission statement that preference will be given to people who have already purchased vouchers and that those vouchers will remain valid for twelve months from purchase. As my situation arose literally within the first week of lockdown I was patient whilst everyone found their feet and accept that my account was accidentally credited whilst a decision was probably having to be made regarding the company moving forward which later changed to 'we will honour existing vouchers purchased' well mine were vouchers purchased which neither expired nor were redeemed because of covid and therefore never honoured and I don't want the refund I would like what I purchased please. There is a similar deal on offer but it isn't the same.

I'm afraid our guarantee to extend vouchers only applied to vouchers which expired in or after April and not those which expired in March. As your stay was cancelled, we credited these vouchers to allow you to use the value paid towards another deal over the next 12 months.
There's not a way to honour the prices of previous offers, and I can confirm our deals are in line with the direct rates at the hotel.
I hope you're able to find another suitable deal.
