I can confirm our one-night voucher option excludes Saturdays, as such bookings cannot be made using an itison voucher on this day.

1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2022 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.

2 & 3 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days.

A supplementary charge of £20 applies for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

General

All stays exclude 3, 9 12, 16 - 19, 22 Sep, 23-31 Dec 2022, 1-3 Jan, 3-5 Feb 2023.

Bookings are subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Includes onsite parking.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes £20pp dinner allowance towards main menu on the first night only. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please note there are no gluten / wheat free options. Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given.

Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children under 16 are permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night payable direct. Meals will be charged as taken.

Max of 2 dogs (max of 35kg per dog) are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel. Please discuss directly with hotel on booking as there are specially selected rooms for dogs.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
