Hi, can you help I have a voucher for Auchrannie Resort Arran from last year not used due to COVID. I want to purchase a new voucher for a spa hotel down in Cumbria.
How do I transfer the old voucher to pay for this new voucher.

Thanks for getting in touch!

I’m happy to let you know your credit is still valid, so I’m sorry you’re having trouble.

To apply this at our checkout, just head to itison.com. Once you’ve found the deal you’d like, select Buy Now. You can then select 'Add a gift card, promo code or itison credit' after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.

You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows - CODE_CODE - and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a deluxe room with full English breakfast and optional 3 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a lake view room with 3 course dinner on the first night, 25min spa treatment each and full English breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday stays and £80 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

Overnight stay: stay in a deluxe double or twin room. Rooms can be upgraded to a super deluxe room with lake view for a supplementary charge; payable directly to hotel. 

2 night stay: stay in a super deluxe double with lake views.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes 3 courses from the market menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: ribeye £8, sirloin £9; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

2 night stay: Includes 25 min treatment each choosing from the following: superfood pro radiance facial, freestyle deep tissue massage, cleansing salt scrub or best foot forward. Over 16s only. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Includes 1 hours use of leisure facilities.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under are free of charge including breakfast; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable direct.

Car parking is available for a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable direct.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
