Hi, do you need to pre book treatments or do you just buy the voucher and ring to book the date?

Thanks for getting in touch!

Macdonald Manchester Spa have advised you need to book your chosen date and the time of your treatments, but you can decide which treatments you'd prefer on the day of your booking.

What to expect

Spa day for one or two with 2 x 25 minute treatments each, use of the facilities, robes and slippers, cream tea and a glass of Prosecco each

Choice of treatment:
- Superfood Pro-Radiance facial
- Freeystyle deep tissue massage
- Intensely cleansing salt scrub
- Best foot forward

Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Jul 2019 until Tue 15 Oct 2019, Sun - Fri, treatments available 8am - 8pm; subject to availability. Cream tea is available 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 

Excludes Saturdays.

A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Friday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.

Please note; Sundays and evening availability is limited; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16’s only.

Groups permitted: group bookings can also be made during evenings; subject to availability, please discus directly with spa. Max of 8 per group.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission.

Consultation will be undertaken prior to treatments; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 2 x 25 min treatments to be taken in one session.

Treatment cannot be substituted for another treatment.

Valid for cream tea menu only. Vegetarian options available. No gluten/wheat free options are available. 

Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available; please confirm with venue prior to booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
