Although most of our vouchers are for two people to use, you are always welcome to contact the venue directly to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This often isn't a problem, but some hotels may request that a single occupancy supplement is paid.

  • Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £25 for a privilege room and £50 for a suite; payable directly.
  • Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
  • Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under and require a £25 per room per night supplementary charge to upgrade to a privilege family room. Children will be on the same board basis as adults.
  • No pets permitted.
  • Wheelchair access available.
  • Options 3 and 5: Includes a £25 per person dinner allowance which can be used against any food items. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available.
  • 2 night stay options: Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
  • Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
  • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
  • The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
  • Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
