2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Wed 30 Nov 2022; 7 days.

General:

Mon - Sat & 2 night stays:  A supplementary charge of £30 for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays is required; payable directly.

All stays are subject to availability.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive double - £20, suites - £30, includes a mini bar; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Dinner options: Includes a £25pp allowance to use on the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Max of 1 child permitted. Children 12 and under require a supplementary charge of £15 per night, including breakfast. Cots and z-beds available on request.

Max of 2 well behaved pets are permitted in certain rooms at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
