Does the hotel allow dogs?

I'm happy to let you know up to 2 dogs can stay for a supplement of £9.50 per dog, per night, payable directly to the hotel.

What to expect

1 night stay for two with early check-in, a glass of Prosecco on arrival, tea & homemade cakes, breakfast and late check-out
OR include a 3 course dinner each 

2 night stay for two with early check-in, a glass of Prosecco on arrival, tea & homemade cakes, 3 course dinner both nights, breakfast each morning and late check-out
OR add an Ishga back massage each 

Voucher is valid from Thur 14 Nov 2019 until Wed 4 Mar 2020; excludes 23 Dec 2019 – 4 Jan, 11 – 17 Feb 2020.

One night stays: Valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays – Saturdays.

Two night stays: Valid 7 days; subject to limited availability. A supplementary charge of £35prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 18 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Include 3 course dinner. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 2 night stays: Include dinner on both evenings.

Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 4: Includes a 30min Ishga back, neck and shoulder massage each. Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time; max 1 person at a time; subject to availability. Treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy, for those in remission/battling cancer or other medical conditions. Please consult your GP. A consultation form will be completed on the day. Massage is suitable for 16yrs+

Members will receive an exclusive use discount of 25% in the hot tub and sauna cabin; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children permitted in a superior room; children are classed as under 15 and require a supplementary charge of £15 per child including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £9.50 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel. 

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
