My partner and I do not drink. Can we have coffee on arrival instead of prosecco?
How much for the deal with the afternoon tea? There is no price. Similarly can the champagne be replaced or deducted from the bill? Many thanks.

I can confirm option 4 for this deal costs £129 and is valid for a spa package for two and Champagne afternoon tea.

I'm afraid alcohol can't be replaced with a soft drink here, and no further discount will be applied.

Hi, it says that pregnancy massages are available, but then says alcohol can’t be substituted with a soft drink. Are there really no other options for anyone who can’t drink for health or religious reasons? Seems massively discriminatory, and contradictory in a wellness environment that no alternatives are available - even tea or coffee at a much lower cost to you would be welcome. Appreciate any clarification.

What to expect

Spa package for one or two with a 60 minute treatment or 2 x 30 minute treatments and glass of Prosecco

Spa package for one or two with a 60 minute treatment or 2 x 30 minute treatments each, glass of Prosecco and Champagne afternoon tea

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Mon 30 Dec 2019, 7 days, 10am – 8pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 - 26 Dec 2019.

A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Fri – Sun bookings; payable directly to spa.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.

Includes 1 x 60 min treatment (any Elemis 60min massage or facial); excludes Biotec or 2 x 30 min treatments (express 30min facial & 30min neck back & shoulder massage); subject to change.

Facial is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and massage can be adapted during pregnancy, please discuss directly with spa.

Treatment is suitable for those 3 years out of remission.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Includes access to sauna and relaxation room. Robes and slippers provided.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Options 1 and 2 includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival.

Options 3 and 4 includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival and afternoon tea with a glass of Champagne. Menu is subject to change. 

Please note afternoon teas will be served in the ballroom from the 1 - 16 Sept 2019 and in the dining area from the 17 Sept 2019 onwards.

Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise a time of booking.

Tables are required back within 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
