Hello, we would plan to bring our 9 year old son with us. I see the £6 breakfast cost for him, but are there any other charges, i.e. for his dinner, and would we need to pay to upgrade to a larger room to have space for him?!

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Thur 30 Apr 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 25 Apr 2020. Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Apr 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

May options
Voucher is valid from Fri 1 May 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. Excludes 24 & 29 May 2020. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

June options
Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jun 2020 until Tue 30 Jun 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. Excludes 6, 9, 13-14, 17, 20-23 & 30 Jun 2020.  Voucher must be booked by Tue 2 Jun 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 11.30am.

Standard double or twin room available.

April options: stay in Ben Doran building only.

May & June options: stay in Ben Doran or Royal building.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Breakfast is served from 7am - 8.45am.

Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; please advise red or white when booking. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Dinner options: Includes a 3 course set menu each; subject to change. Dinner is served 7pm - 8.30pm in the Ben Doran building. Max of 5 vouchers per table. Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available. 2 night stays: Dinner is for one night only.

Children permitted; max of 2 aged under 4yrs, max of 1 aged 4-10yrs, over 10yrs require separate room. No pull out bed or cots available. Breakfast is free for under 4yrs, £6 for ages 4-10yrs.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
