I'm sorry you're having trouble but I can confirm a supplementary charge of £2.99 for a hard copy of the treasure map is required if you would prefer a hard copy but you are welcome to download the free digital copy by following the instructions on your voucher.

Hi, no this was a £2 fee to get access to the digital copy! Not for the hard copy. Which I have had to pay to the supplier on top of buying it from you.

Can I buy this to take me & my two Grandchildren on?
One is 13yrs. & the other is 9 yrs. Both are totally fit enough to do 3 miles.
You only seem to show options for 2 people.

If they plan to do this altogether in person at the same time, you'll only need to order one voucher; our single route treasure hunt voucher is for up to 10 people and the race route treasure hunt voucher is for up to 20 people (two teams).

If I wish to buy a hard copy for the treasure hunt I assume u have to pay 15 pounds? If it is only 2.99 extra for the postage why does the price increase by 6 pounds? Many thanks

- £9 for a single route treasure hunt for two
- £15 for a race route treasure hunt for two

The £2.99 postage will be paid directly to The Great Game when booking your voucher.

What to expect

Single route treasure hunt for up to 10; available in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Manchester and Newcastle

Race route treasure hunt for up to 20; available in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester

Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Jul 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for all ages and under 10s go free; recommended for ages 11+.

Duration approx. 2 - 3 hrs. Treasure hunts are usually around 3 miles long so participants should be able to walk this distance.

Includes a free digital copy of treasure map and prize envelope. Vouchers must be redeemed online to receive your treasure map by email.

Hard copy of treasure map is available for a supplementary charge of £2.99 for postage; payable directly to The Great Game. Includes; treasure map with clues and answers, prize envelope with completion letter, extra puzzles and local area map with guide, compass, clipboard & pen.

20% off food and drink at a top-secret pub. It is recommended to start the treasure hunt so that you finish at the pub for lunch or dinner; please see website for pub opening times.

Starting points will be given when you have purchased your chosen location.

Option 1: max of 10 people per group; recommended group size for the best treasure hunt experience is between 2- 6.

Option 2: max of 20 people per group; recommended group size for the best treasure hunt experience is between 4 - 12; please note this option is not available in Aberdeen and Newcastle.

Recommended clothing: weather appropriate clothing and footwear.

Wheelchair access available.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
