Most venues are now planning to reopen but please bear with them as they adapt to the current circumstances. It may be better to email rather than call, and replies may take a little longer than usual but they will get back to you asap.

I’m a bit confused with this offer,there seems to be 2 offers for the tea at Hilton 1 is for £23 and the other one is for £44 so what is the difference between the two?

What to expect

Afternoon tea for one or two with a cocktail each

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jun 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, Sun – Fri 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability.

Please note there is limited availability on Sundays.

Excludes Saturdays 10, 13 Apr, 8 & 25 May 2020.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Traditional afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten/wheat and dairy free options are available; please inform the restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a choice of cocktail each. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted until 5pm.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
