How on earth can two people share one Sundae? So you put the spoon in your mouth, then back into the sundae, which someone else is also eating? This is the weirdest deal.... Ew! No thanks.

You are selling 'Cloud 23 sundae & Champagne' more expensive than the Cloud 23 actual website??? Why is that?

I'm sorry for any confusion here, but I'm happy to clarify that our deal costs £19 for a sundae to share and a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne each. If you bought the same items directly with Cloud 23, it would cost £32, so I hope you can appreciate our deal does offer better value for money.

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sep 2019 until Sun 24 Nov 2019, Sun only 12noon – 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon – Sat.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 20 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Sundaes only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes 125ml glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
