I can confirm you will be given the option to select a ribboned gift box
or soft-touch travel pouch when redeeming your voucher on the Dower & Hall website.

I have paid £19 for a voucher. When I went to book it it stated that price was £65?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm the original cost of your selected earrings is £65.00. The How To Book section of your voucher includes instructions to redeem your voucher, and once your code has been entered on the Dower & Hall site, your purchase will then show as £0.00.

  • Pearl size 6-7mm; total length approx. 22mm
  • UK delivery - £5.95 P&P 
  • Voucher is valid until Fri 5 Mar 2021; subject to availability.
  • Multiple voucher purchases are permitted; each voucher must be redeemed separately.
  • UK P&P £5.95 per item. 
  • Postage charged at £15 for Europe per item and £25 for worldwide per item. London same day delivery £20 per item; postage payable to Dower and Hall. For orders over £50, postage is free.
  • Expected delivery up to 5 working days. This may vary due to COVID-19 restrictions.
  • The delivery times provided are approximate and do not guarantee a delivery date unless otherwise stated.
