What to expect

  • Overnight room only stay for two in a City Room with a glass of Prosecco each on arrival OR
  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay for two in a City Room with a glass of Prosecco on arrival and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Thur 13 Aug 2020 until Mon 21 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 28-29 Aug, 27-28 Nov.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a city plus room.

Rooms can be upgraded to a master suite for a supplementary charge per room per night to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children under 12 permitted in a family room sleeping on a sofa bed for a supplementary charge of £10 per night. All meals are paid as taken.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
