What if there are still Covid restrictions in place through to March? Eg not being allowed to travel outside your tier. Thank you.

Hi, I’m trying to get in touch with the hotel so I can try and see if there’s availability on the weekend I want before purchasing the voucher. They didn’t answer their phone number or reply to my email (from website contacts). Can you advise me on how best to enquire?
Don’t want to buy voucher to not be able to use it

What to expect

Option 1: Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Fri 31 Dec, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 24 - 26 Dec 2021.

Option 2: Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Sun 19 Dec, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 29 Oct - 14 Nov 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin classic room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge: classic room with castle view £15, privilege room £35 or superior castle facing room £50; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes a £22pp dinner allowance valid against a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. Max of 2 people per table.

Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Nearby paid parking available at Q Car Park by the Omni Centre.

Max of 1 child permitted; children aged 12 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken, using the existing bedding.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
