Hi, I only have one date available where I’ll be able to use this offer.
Is the voucher refundable if I am unable to get a reservation on my chosen date?

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.
If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.
