I'm afraid Heywood House Hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but customers are welcome to have breakfast at The Alchemist next door for £15 per person.

I want a specific night so don't want to buy the voucher unless I know that date is available. How do I find that out? Contact the hotel direct?

I'm afraid the hotel doesn't have on-site parking, but guests are welcome to use the Q-Park nearby at the discounted rate of £11.50 for 24 hours.

You can check their availability before buying a voucher by contacting Heywood House Hotel directly on 0151 224 1444 and they'll be happy to discuss. You won't be able to make a booking until you've purchased a voucher with us.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Hi guys, was going to buy this today but have forgotten my bank card, typical. Will get tomorrow but just wanted to double check a couple of things I couldnt see on the page. How do I book? Can I book through their site or do I need to just call them? Also, if, worst case, I buy, call and they dont have the dates I need (as onlyhave a few days booked off I cant change) can I be refunded for the vouchers?

What to expect

Overnight stay for two in a standard room with a bottle of wine and late checkout

Overnight stay for two in a superior room with a bottle of wine and late checkout

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jun 2019 until Fri 30 Aug 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. 

Excludes Saturdays. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm. 

Option 1: Standard double or twin room.

Option 2: Superior double or twin room. 

Breakfast is not included.

Includes a bottle of white or red wine on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with soft drinks. Please specify preference when booking.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel

Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as under 12yrs; a supplementary charge of £30 per night is required for z-bed, payable direct to the hotel. Cots are not available; please discuss directly if you wish to bring your own.

No pets permitted. 

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
