Hi, the offer states it has 7 day validity but then in the small print states 'Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Mon – Wed and Sat 9am – 7pm, Thur & Fri 9am – 8pm and Sun 11am – 5pm; subject to availability.'. Please can you confirm what is meant by '7 day validity'?

Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Mon – Wed and Sat 9am – 7pm, Thur & Fri 9am – 8pm and Sun 11am – 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 Dec 2018 – 2 Jan 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.

Option 1 treatment duration: approx. up to 45mins.

Option 2 treatment duration: approx. 2hrs 45mins ; facial 1hr 30mins, massage 30mins, blow dry and treatment 45mins.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Please note a supplementary cost of £10 is required for hair longer than shoulder length and hair with hair extensions; payable directly to the salon.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
