I want this to be delivered to another address rather than mine (the billing address) but it does not give me this option . Please advise

Hi, I can't get to see my granddaughter for Easter, so I am very keen that her first Toucanbox is the Easter one as it will be her Easter present. How can I ensure that the Easter box will be the first one that will be delivered?

I can confirm you can choose the contents of the box so if you choose the Limited Edition Crafts (spring pin bowling/flower press) you will receive those items.

  • Once ordered you will be entered into a rolling subscription to receive one box per month, payable monthly unless cancelled/paused. 

Voucher is valid until Tue 30 Mar 2021; subject to availability.

UK delivery includes Highlands & Islands.

1 month subscription: P&P included.

3 month subscription: P&P £2.95 per month payable directly.

Maximum delivery: up to 10 working days. This may vary due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Christmas boxes are available from 16 Nov until 20 Dec 2020. To guarantee Christmas delivery box must be ordered by midnight on 15 Dec 2020.

Once ordered you will be entered into a rolling subscription will be charged at £8.95 + £2.95 P+P; boxes will be delivered monthly unless cancelled or paused.

3 month subscription: if you cancel your subscription before you have received your third box you will not be refunded in part/full.
