Thanks for getting in touch!

Our codes are sent out every half an hour, so you should have received an email with your voucher code at 3pm or 3.30pm. You can also find them by clicking My Itison and then My Vouchers on the top pink line.

Hi, I’ve been trying to order the Korean masks all day. I’ve tried on the app and on the website and every time I try to make a payment your system says their is an issue with it. It’s nothing to do with my bank as their part is going through fine.

Hi there I have bought 2 of the July edition vouchers for the Glow Setter box as a gift for my wife and when she put the codes in at the checkout it is saying that they are not valid. She has two vouchers to use. I have tried messaging the contact on Masktime.co.uk and I haven't had a response. How can I go about getting this sorted out? I have spent £20 and would like to receive what I have paid for. Thank you

JUN BOX: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jun 2020 until Tue 30 Jun 2020; subject to availability.

JUL BOX: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul 2020 until Fri 31 Jul 2020; subject to availability.

Multiple purchases permitted.

UK shipping only (excluding Highlands and Islands); Max delivery: up to 3 working days. This may vary due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Frequency: select a one-off box or optional monthly subscription. 

One-off box: P&P is £3.50 per product box. 

Monthly subscription: You will be charged £1 shipping for your first box to activate the subscription; thereafter boxes are £18.95 inc P&P.

To cancel your subscription visit your MASK Time account and manage subscription. Edit or cancel your subscription. 

To avoid an unwanted charges subscriptions must be cancelled before your next billing date. To cancel an processed order that has not been shipped out yet, email sales@masktime.co.uk immediately with the subject line as "Current Order Cancellation".

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

Once you have made your order with MASK Time your voucher cannot be refunded.

As this item is made to order it is non-refundable and we would encourage you to check your goods upon receipt.
