Just purchased your letterbox cocktails did not realise you were based in Edinburgh. Do you only deliver locally or do you deliver over the whole of Scotland or UK. I am in Aberdeen. We have a Tonic here also and thought that was it at a first read.

If you place your order before 10am tomorrow (Thursday) your cocktails should be delivered on Friday.

Please just keep in that all delivery times are approximate.

If you've been given a gift card this should have a 16-digit code which looks something similar to 1234-ABCD-EF56-78GH. If you can't find this I'd reach out to the original purchaser and ask they send you your gift card code again.

Although most of our voucher codes are generated instantly, for some deals this process can take up to 30 minutes.

Your voucher should have arrived shortly after you asked your question and you can also view it by heading to https://www.itison.com/my/complete_orders/.

You can then follow the instructions on the How To Book section to complete your order with Tonic @ Home and arrange delivery of your cocktails.

I'm afraid you can't place an order for the end of September, but cocktails stay fresh for 3 weeks when refrigerated and even longer when frozen.

Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Sep 2021; subject to availability.

Multiple purchases are permitted.

Tonic handmake every single cocktail meaning they have a set capacity per week and these do fill up fast, so please book in advance for requested delivery dates.  All available dates are shown at checkout.

UK wide P&P is included.

Deliveries take place on Fridays. Please place order before 10am on Thursdays for Friday delivery.

Delivery times provided are approximate and do not guarantee a delivery date unless otherwise stated.

Cocktails stay fresh for 3 weeks when refrigerated and even longer when frozen.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 years to purchase alcoholic beverages in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If your item is faulty you can request a refund within 5 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To start a return please contact online@bar-tonic.co.uk. If your return is accepted you will be sent instructions on how to complete the process. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
