I'm really sorry for the confusion caused here, but I'm happy to confirm the book-by date for this offer is the 10th of April 2020, and not 2019. We've updated the small print accordingly.

Just wanted to clarify. For the whole stay, you only get to use the spa facilities for 2 hours? Out with this time you are not allowed to use the swimming pool, saunas/steam rooms etc? It's in the small print.

I'm happy to confirm this deal includes 2 hours of spa access; 1 hour before treatment and 1 hour after treatment. I'm afraid the spa facilities cannot be used outside this time.

What to expect

1 or 2 night stay for two in a Pavilion Suite including breakfast, 60 min spa treatment each plus 2 hour spa access 

Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Mon 31 May 2021, valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability.

Excludes Fridays and Saturdays and  1 Jan - 14 Feb 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 3 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.

Double or twin standard suite available; one en-suite bedroom.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Free onsite parking.

Max of 1 child permitted; children under the age of 12 can stay in the suites for a supplementary charge of £25, subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £45 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Includes 2 hour spa access; 1hr before treatment and 1hr after treatment, use of robes included.

Over 16’s only.

Treatment duration: approx 1hr.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss with spa beforehand.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss with spa beforehand.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
