Do we need to book before getting the voucher subject availablity

Thanks for getting in touch!

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Wed 12 Feb 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, Wed, Thur and Sun 5pm - 12midnight, Fri - Sat 4pm - 9pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon - Tue.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 21 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Minimum of 2 people per table.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Full cocktail menu available; menu is subject to change.

No vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available.

Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

No wheelchair access available.

No children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
