You do need to print this voucher to hand over at the venue but, if it helps, you can print it from any device - perhaps a friend or family member's - by heading to https://www.itison.com/my/complete_orders.

Thanks for your reply, the hotel told me the voucher was extended till end of Feb unfortunately we won’t be able to use it as to new rules as you can’t travel I would appreciate a refund or credit so I can book for this offer again

I have 2 vouchers which we are unable to use due to Covid.

I'm happy to let you know up to one child is permitted. Children aged 0-2yrs stay free, and children aged 2-12yrs require a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to the hotel.
