Hi,, if I buy this deal for my sisters birthday and book it for the 20th of June..and then I find out they can't go..will the hotel change the date no problem ..and not charge them..

Thanks for getting in touch!

Once booked with the hotel stays are non-changeable or refundable. I'd recommend not arranging a stay until you're sure your sister is able to attend this date.

What to expect

  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine, dinner on one night, breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Fri 31 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 24 - 26 Dec 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Please note that calls to the booking line cost 13p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline.

Non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night, subject to availability: privilege room £25 and superior room £40; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise when booking.

Options 2 & 3 include a £22 per person dinner allowance for the Chef's choice or Brasserie menu on the first night only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Max of 3 children permitted in a family room; subject to availability. Family rooms available at a supplement; please discuss directly with the hotel. Children aged up to 14 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
